Avena Rawnsley created Wild Oats as a way to bring sustainable catering into the world. She has a passion for sustainable cookery, a desire to provide delicious, nourishing food, and an awareness of the importance of food in reconnecting with nature. She bring all of this, as well as joyful music while cooking, to all of the meals that she cooks.

Catering services to fit events, courses, and projects of all sizes, and work in any type of kitchen from professional kitchens to cooking over a campfire and everything in between.

Work with clients and the local producers to find the most sustainable, local, in season, and organic produce.
